Violating this prohibition will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

A 365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If a user's identity or information appears suspicious.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected.
• After extended inactivity (typically 12 months).
• When a user requests self-exclusion.

If an account is closed, the user's balance (where legitimate) will be returned through the designated process.
